i think delta the way chester is run they simply did not expect anybody to come to actually watch live racing after all chester bet is there for those who dont mind what they get paid if backing a winner, whilst the racecourse keep promoting it never do they mention the winning punters have %10 deducted from the starting price not really sure how they get away with it, there seems little.

I have zero complaints about this casino.
I am shocked at the low reviews.
Ample free parking garage parking Very friendly staff Great blackjack odds and awesome dealers Spaced-out floor so plenty of room to walk around Starbucks on site Racetrack was clean and very fun.
We'd come back in a heartbeat.
We don't play slots so I can't comment on them, but the table games were very well-organized and a blast.
This is an update of my last review which was also a ONE Star.
Thought this place couldn't do any more to upset me.
They closed the Racetrack Bar!
OR if you are having a rain shower or Tstorm and want to get out of the rain and grab a cold beer in a DRY environment.
You have to sit at the outside bar RAIN OR SHINE.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE IT WAS BAD ENOUGH THE RESTAURANT AT THE FINISH LINE IS CLOSED DURING RACING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!!
Not the worst small middle of nowhere casino I've ever visited.
All the needed table game.
Need more food options.
Never got offered a drink at a table and played for an hour.
If they kept the bloody Mary's coming no doubt I would have played more.
Slots were boring as hell.
No high just click for source machines I could find with big jackpots.
All and all glad I stopped in.
Nice play to kill a few hours.
Certainly chester casino horse racing not go out of my way for it.
Harrah's would be awesome if it was somewhere else.
And the smoke inside is horrendous, but the free parking is great.
I do love the horse racing, and and it's fun when they have outside drink tents.
The Book charges a different price for drinks every single time we go.
I wish they would pick a price and stick with it.
I was here for an event in the event center and stopped at Philly Steak Shack for lunch.
I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, which took about 15 minutes to come out.
The racetrack was closed the day I visited so not sure how popular or cool it is but I can say the seats were great as they are not on top of each other.
There are a few restaurants which I did not try yet.
They have a Starbucks.
Plenty of free offstreet parking.
The place is not huge but it's big enough that you won't have an issue grabbing a table or machine.
They have a self serve soda machine.
There is a VIP section for Diamond members.
I'll definitely be back.
This location has been taking points out of my account without telling me.
The host won't do anything about it.
They say I've called you and left a voicemail but I show them my call log, no call.
Way to treat a diamond player.
Ya'll are overly harsh on this place.
Its a nice casino that is clean and not too smoky sugarhouse is much dirtier and has a ton more smoke.
Lots of slots and a fair amount of table games.
Every time ive been the dealers and pit bosses have been very friendly.
Make sure you get the rewards card!
As a very casual gambler, I didn't think there's much reason for me to visit Harrah's Chester.
I typically associate my casino experiences with the beach town of AC or the strip of Vegas.
A Gin Blossoms concert at the music venue, the Block, was my recent draw.
I'll go into more detail in that review, however it was an intimate venue and a stress free general admission experience.
Tim Williams did an acoustic set outside of the Block near one of their bars until about 1am.
Killer performance but random environment of post concert goers and casino regulars.
Unfortunately, we ran out of time to try the Guy Fieri spot and ended up eating sandwiches in the Market.
Inexpensive but nothing special.
There were a ton of slots and tables.
If that's your thing, it is a good reason to visit.
There's no hotel so everyone needs to find a safe way home.
It's nice that parking is free.
I'd go back for another concert or special event, but was otherwise unimpressed.
Folks be hatin' on Harrah's pretty hard.
I went with a group of friends who after a bachelor shindig.
Most of them live nearby and frequent this place pretty often and a couple were diamond members.
I'm not much of a gambler so I only played a little.
We spent most of our time in the high rollers area which was too rich for my blood but the staff were all great and I had a good time even though I wasn't playing much.
The place is pretty big so make sure to have game plan on where to find each other if you're with a group of drunken thirty-somethings.
click here of our group lost and some won.
If you count my drinks for the night, I definitely won.
Not a gambler but definitely enjoyed sitting outside to watch the ponies run.
Drinks from the lobby bar were potent.
There's food all around.
And did I mention the people watching is top notch!
I'll update if we ever actually dine there.
Post time is 12:40.
Perfect lazy Sunday in Delco.
We're not big gamblers, so we've only been to Harrah's three times since it opened.
When it first opened years ago, we went solely to play the slots.
We didn't go again until last month, when we went to zdarma automaty casino concert in the Block way back behind all the slots that friends of ours were playing at Dead Sea Squirrels!
Our experience at Harrah's has been just fine.
Each time, we've been able to park right on the first level of the parking garage which works out for us.
It seems pretty clean to me and there's a ton of staff around.
My only complaint would be the signage out front - if you're not careful, you'll end up at the prison.
It's very dark back in there and Harrah's could use a more dramatic entrance.
Maybe there's another entrance at the other end and we're coming in the back way?
I don't know - it could definitely use some oomph either way.
It was NYE and my sister and I decided to go to Harrah's to possibly win us some New Years money, well that didn't happen for the both of us, actually it was kind of a bust at this casino on that day.
The casino is very large and it also has a spacious parking lot.
I first noticed that the outside of the casino is not as pretty, eye catching and colorful like the Sugar house or Parx nonetheless I figured we was gonna have us a good time regardless cause that's how we get down lol!
The pro's of this casino is that everyone seems to effectively abide by the separated sections and it wasn't a big ole smokefest like the Sugar house.
The smokers were in the smoking section and the non smoking section was what it was, non smoking!!
They also had a variety of food options which was also a plus.
The cons of the evening was the ATM machine that didn't work during the time we were there, I actually came prepared with cash on hand, however my sister tried over 10 times to get her money out and was unable to.
We then talked to a security guard who informed to us that all the machines were currently down.
Wow how all the machines are going to be https://bonus-deposit.info/casino/casino-palace-playa-del-carmen-pictures.html on the day that makes the most money.
Boy were their some upset people at the casino that day Overall I rate it three stars because it would've been a better time if the ATM machines worked.
First trip and will not be the last trip.
When we return to Philly we will visit this place.
I am not a big smoker so stay away from the smoking section if you are not a smoker.
Other than that had a lot of fun.
Wish I could give them no stars!
Absolute crooks who don't want to pay out winners.
Played the wheel for a couple of hours, when it lands on my low numbers in the same way o get paid no question.
It lands on the 45 and they call the floor manager over who says it's a "no spin" and proceeds to have us thrown out when we questioned it.
We go to security, who agreed with us that it was a win, and they took chester casino horse racing to the "gaming police".
After their surveillance review, even with looking at the picture we took of the wheel, they claimed it is only a win if it lands straight up and down in the middle of the number.
Don't give these crooks your hard earned money!!!!!
My husband and I have being going to this casino since it first opened.
We only go out one night a week and choose this casino.
We are diamond members and enjoy going to the diamond club.
Last night we were told we do not meet the requirements to get in.
We were never notified of the changes in their policy.
We were told there were signs.
How could we see those signs if we weren't there since they were posted.
No wonder people get disgusted.
We will no longer frequent this casino.
As a horse better, I have grown accustomed to over 10 years of neglect eg: not many food options on racing floor, no racing options anywhere else in building.
Now, management closed the bar at 8 PM on Saturdays, and probably most of the weekdays, and moved the poker room upstairs near the new sports book.
I guess the next move is to move us horse bettors out to the island near the ships.
Someone really hates us!
Can't even get a beer now.
Was ok for a little while a couple of years ago.
Then the slot bonus's would never go through.
It's a shame because they are located in the middle of so many markets.
If they ran it better they would increase profits, in my opinion.
Also messing with a slot players comps when they give you next to nothing is ridiculous.
This place see more pathetic and table games manager Lynn Tribuiano is rude and flat out an ignorant person has no clue what she says and does.
This is a major issue being I was bringing people into this place, I will be following up with corporate on this issue.
This business is eligible to be claimed by a local representative in addition to corporate.
It has a smoking area.
Like most casinos in PA.
If you don't like that, go to Delaware.
No smoking but be prepared to loose money.
We never have won at slots in…" Jay C.
Eve though the place was packed, they were spot on with our reservation.
Beer selection was impressive at the small bar and the line wasn't bad at all.
As good as it gets!
I am shocked at the low reviews.

The infield is still only a field of mud.
Most racetracks have trees, shrubs, ponds, geese, gigantic TV on the tote board, winners circle that the bettors can see, shelter in case of rain or 100 degree temperatures, a clubhouse, sheltered grandstand.
Restaurants that overlook the finish line THAT ARE OPEN DURING RACING.!!!
Hardly any night racing!
I think about 3 nights a year.
Also some some idiotic reason they alternate the Post Time between 12:25 and 12:40 then in September they go to 2 pm on Sunday!
If you stay for all the races, you don't don't get out until about 6:30pm.
There are 'No Smoking' signs all over the place and I never fail to see a Security Guard or an Employee catching a butt right next to the sign.
It is not uncommon to see an empty table without chairs so it you want to sit at a table you can't.
Because people just drag them anywhere they feel like it and nobody stops them.
Then you get the inconsiderate ass that drags the chair to a point about 4 feet from the railing.
It would be nice if they had picnic benches with the bench seat attached to the table so the inconsiderate don't drag them all over the place.
The restaurant up stairs "Guys" the one that overlooks the race track but is closed during racing has only ONE ticket machine.
If you take more than 1 minute to make a bet someone may kick your butt.
Some patrons and ALL of the management!
Who designed this place?
What were they thinking!
The judges are probably on their way back from their 3 month vacation in Tahiti paid for by some drivers.
It's pretty bad when you live 10 miles from a Race Track and have to acquire a Concealed Weapons Permit to drive there securely; then when you get there bet here track, go home and watch it on the internet.
It was so bad last year people were packing there own lunches until 'so called management' put a stop to it.
They did put some SOFA's outside so the homies could sleep there and some umbrellas so you don't get completely soaked.
I am afraid to sit on anything there because I am worried about bed bugs.
When Mike Tanner ran this place it was a well oiled machine.
Mike was a great manager and is now an executive with USTA Racing.
The track is in very poor condition with pot holes.
Last year at least one horse was put down right there.
Even recent law suites a result of an almost fatal accident that left a driver paralyzed did nothing to improve the field.
I think they repair it with an axe and shovel.
Today Mar 29, 2019 was OPENING DAY and they barely got enough horses to have 10 races.
Purses are down to nothing.
Check the photos of this piece of garbage track!
Note: What should be an enclosed grandstand are 2 closed restaurants!
This place is a joke!
Left is the "COVE" a restaurant that opens 4pm in time for the last race.

Wed, Thurs and Friday it opens at 4PM just in time to see the LAST RACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The races start at 12:20pm.
So I suggested we walk over to "The Cove" which is another restaurant that overlooks the "Finish Line" Nice!!!!!
QUESTION: Why does it overlook the finish line if it's closed during racing?!?!?!?!?!?
So I ask Security is there anywhere I can watch the races and eat lunch.
A new low for this place.
So I went to Dairy Cottage ordered a take out Chicken Cheese Steak.
What a POS Place!!!!!

Another Standardbred bites the dust as a result of the unkempt Harness Racing Track at HARRAHS!
ALL BECAUSE of a POORLY KEPT RACETRACK FULL OF POT HOLES.
The Racing Director should be replaced.
I have never even seen one without trees or ponds or some type of landscaping in the infield.
Harrahs decorates the infield with MUD.
The track itself, just as bad.
It's like racing on a dirt road.
I don't know if the driver was injured today but he would not be the first.
This racetrack was 'shut down' for a period a few years ago, but I guess it meant nothing to the 'brass' Time to 'Drain the Swamp' at Harrahs and get a Racing Director that cares.

I made my annual trip to see how things… Today started the 11th year of Harrahs Harness Racing Hell.
I made my annual trip to see how things have changed.
After 11 years of raking in 5-15% of the take you would think that they could afford to plant an Arborvitae or two in the infield.
Maybe a water fountain or a pond with a few geese.
After all they are situated right next to the Delaware River.
The Traditional Winners Circle that is so nice to view after a race is two city blocks away and hidden from the bettors who 'make it happen'.
The Racing Secretary has no interest at all.
He has the personality of dirt.
There is still NO Clubhouse just a Grandstand where the homies hang out.
I must say that the vocabulary of the viewers did change.
Some of these guys make the Philadelphia Eagle Fans sound like Mary Poppins!
If you bring your kids for a family day out at the track, don't forget their earplugs.
The Judges are sleeping as usual and the drivers are running a free for all: "Whose turn is it to win now?
People just take the chairs and drag them to wherever they want to sit and you are out of luck.
There used to be signs that instructed you to leave the chairs at the table, but it was never enforced just like the smoking rule.
I've seen people drag the chairs away from the sitting area right in front of an employee who was smoking and said nothing.
A few Philly fans probably destroyed the signs.
If you really want to sit, you can probably bring your own chairs.
The place is a sewer and only keeps going because without the track they can't have the Casino.

I don't understand how the Racing Director thinks.
For the 10th Year there… Should be ZERO STARS.
I don't understand how the Racing Director thinks.
For the 10th Year there is nothing but Canadian Geese droppings in the infield first they put Geese decoys on the infield lawrenceburg casino indiana attract geese.
They got their geese.
Then they put Wolf decoys in the infield to get rid of the geese.
Now it's just a hunk of mud.
Not a tree or a bush or a flower.
You see racetrack after racetrack on TV with beautifully landscaped ponds with geese and fountains and large screen TVS and winners circles in front of the stands, not 3 blocks away Still no place to sit if it rains.
You must go inside with all the degenerate poker players and watch a 19" TV WITHOUT ANY SOUND.

On a good note.
Just like the infield.

We may have to take care of it!

Harrahs Race… It's been 18 months since my last visit to Harrahs Chester Downs Harness Racing Track.
Harrahs Race Track has been open since 09-10-2006.
There is not a single tree in the infield area.
All that you see is geese and mud and dirt.
They are still without an infield TV and still are without an enclosed grandstand which means no shade in the summer and no warmth in the winter.
If it rains or it it is cold you must go inside with the poker scumbags and watch the 19" TV screens.
The race caller cannot be heard inside.
You may as well stay home and bet on the internet.
But be sure to bet another racetrack.
I have been handicapping Harness Racing since 1960.
I am not what you would call a bettor because it is simply a hobby.
I do enjoy watching live racing and have been to about 20 different racetracks around the country and in Canada.
Harrahs BY FAR is the absolute worse track that I have ever attended.
There is no club house.
There is nowhere to have a nice lunch and watch the races except for the 5 or 6 tables upstairs in the sports lounge.
The restaurant that overlooks the finish line is CLOSED during racing.
What's that all about.
You didn't need to build a restaurant that overlooks the finish line if there are no horses there to finish.
The racetrack has lights.
There is no night racing.

Probably no one there to watch them "shoot up" the entry.
Usually when you are at your lowest the only place that you have left to go is up.
I guess that doesn't apply to Harrahs.
I did see a sign that advertised.
LOL If you take you kids to this track make sure that they have some good earplugs.

Some of our group lost and some won.
If you count my drinks for the night, I definitely won.

Drinks from the lobby bar were potent.
There's food all around.
And did I mention the people watching is top notch!
I'll update if we ever actually dine there.
Post time is 12:40.
Perfect lazy Sunday in Delco.

When it casino campbell river chances opened years ago, we went solely to play the slots.
We didn't go again until last month, when we went to a concert in the Block way back behind all the slots that friends of ours were playing at Dead Sea Squirrels!

The casino is very large and it also has a spacious parking lot.
I first noticed that the outside of the casino is not as pretty, eye catching and link like the Sugar house or Parx nonetheless I figured we was gonna have us a good time regardless cause that's how we get down lol!
Wow how all the machines are going to be down on the day that makes the most money.
Boy were their some upset people at the casino that day Overall I rate it three stars because it would've been a better time if the ATM machines worked.

When we return to Philly we will visit this place.
I am not a big smoker so stay away from the smoking section if you are not a smoker.
Other than that had a lot of fun.

We go to security, who agreed with us that it was a win, and they took us to the "gaming police".
After their surveillance review, even with looking at the picture we took of the wheel, they claimed it is only a win if it lands straight up and down in the middle of the number.
Don't give these crooks your hard earned money!!!!!

Now, management closed the bar at 8 PM on Saturdays, and probably most of the weekdays, and moved the poker room upstairs near the new sports book.
I guess the next move is to move us horse bettors out to the island near the ships.
Someone really hates us!
Can't even get a beer now.

Add on the big… i have been going here since Day 1, and the parking situation has never been worse.
Add on the big conventions showing up on weekends, and the new gates installed for the special Seven Stars patrons, and you have a chaotic situation parking.
You have cars backing up from the restrictive gates, car stopping, cars driving too fast coming from all directions.
mn casino jackpot party morton, you look over and see hundreds of unused spots behind the restrictive gates, while you get to drive up to level 6.
I am happy to get out of that place without a fender bender.
So, I give 4 stars for the place and take off 2 stars for the geniuses and their bright ideas in the parking lot.

Then the slot bonus's would never go through.
It's a shame because they are located in the middle of so many markets.
If they ran it better they would increase profits, in my opinion.
Also messing with a slot players comps when they give you next to nothing is ridiculous.
